Action Fraud has received a high volume of contacts regarding Ticket Index, an online ticketing company, about tickets for the Take That Progress tour.
Customers are stating that they have purchased tickets that have never been delivered. Where this has occurred we have recorded crime reports on and have passed these to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) at the City of London Police.
If you think you have been a victim of this fraud the quickest and easiest way to record the crime is to use our online fraud reporting tool. Making a crime report using this tool will provide you with a Crime Reference Number and your report will be passed on to the NFIB.
